The Solar Pesticide Sprayer with Bluetooth Control is an advanced agricultural robot designed to improve efficiency and reduce human effort in farming operations. The system integrates renewable energy with automation by utilizing a solar panel to generate electrical power, which is stored in a rechargeable battery through a charging circuit. This stored energy is used to operate both the movement of the robot and the pesticide spraying mechanism, making the system energy-efficient and eco-friendly.
The pesticide liquid is stored in a tank mounted on the robot. When the user sends commands through an Android application via the HC-05 Bluetooth module, the PIC microcontroller processes the signal and activates the relay circuit. The relay switches ON the pump motor, which draws pesticide from the tank and sprays it through a nozzle in fine droplets, ensuring uniform distribution across crops. Simultaneously, the robot moves in desired directions using four DC motors controlled by an L298 motor driver, enabling efficient coverage of the field.
The integration of wireless control enhances user safety by minimizing direct exposure to harmful chemicals. Overall, this system provides a cost-effective, sustainable, and intelligent solution for modern precision agriculture, reducing labor dependency while improving productivity and environmental safety.
