HVS-4989. Solar Grass cutter with pesticides sprayer using Bluetooth Controlling

21,000.00

The Solar Pesticide Sprayer with Bluetooth Control is an advanced agricultural robot designed to improve efficiency and reduce human effort in farming operations

The Solar Powered Pesticide Sprayer with Bluetooth Control and Grass Cutter is a multifunctional agricultural robot developed to improve farming efficiency while reducing manual labor and energy consumption. The system utilizes a solar panel to capture sunlight and convert it into electrical energy, which is stored in a rechargeable battery to power the robot. An Arduino-based microcontroller serves as the central controller and receives user commands through an HC-05 Bluetooth module connected to a mobile application. The robot's movement is controlled using an L298 motor driver, enabling forward, backward, left, and right navigation. The system integrates two relay-controlled mechanisms: a pesticide spraying unit and a grass cutting unit. When activated, the relay switches on the pesticide pump, which draws liquid pesticide from the storage tank and sprays it uniformly through a nozzle. Another relay controls a high-speed DC motor fitted with a circular cutting blade to remove unwanted grass and weeds. Both operations can be performed simultaneously while the robot moves across the field, ensuring efficient crop maintenance. The proposed system is eco-friendly, portable, and cost-effective, making it suitable for small and medium-scale farms. By combining solar energy, wireless control, pesticide spraying, and grass cutting into a single platform, the project enhances agricultural productivity, reduces human exposure to harmful chemicals, and promotes sustainable farming practices.

The main objectives of the project are:
    • To develop a solar-powered agricultural robot.
    • To reduce manual effort in pesticide spraying and grass cutting.
    • To control the robot wirelessly using a Bluetooth mobile application.
    • To spray pesticides uniformly for better crop protection.
    • To remove unwanted grass and weeds using a rotating cutter.
    • To minimize farmers' exposure to harmful pesticides.
    • To promote eco-friendly and energy-efficient farming.
    • To provide a low-cost and easy-to-use solution for small and medium-scale farmers.
