Mini UPS helps to switch the power of the Wi-Fi router on battery without any lag. So that online sessions do not get interrupted. It also provides backup of up to 4 hours if the main power does not come.
This project makes a use of nine 3.7V lithium-ion battery pack to provide the power supply to the router. Lm2596 voltage regulator is used for converting 11.1V to 5V DC to provide the power supply of the router.
