The Automatic Intelligent Object Sorter with Conveyor Belt Arrangement is a smart automation system designed to identify, count, and sort objects based on their color. The system uses an Arduino UNO as the main controller, an IR sensor to detect the presence of objects, and a color sensor to recognize their colors while they move on a conveyor belt driven by a DC motor.
When an object reaches the sensing area, the IR sensor detects it and the color sensor identifies its color. Based on the detected color, the Arduino controls a servo motor to position the robotic arm and place the object into the appropriate collection bin. At the same time, the system maintains an accurate count of the sorted objects and displays the object color and count on an LCD display.
This project provides a simple, reliable, and cost-effective solution for automated color-based object sorting in industries, packaging units, warehouses, and educational laboratories.
