HVS-5045. Climbing Clean : A Robot That Masters the Stairs - Stairs Climbing and Cleaning Robot

21,000.00

The “Climbing Clean” robot is an innovative stair-climbing robotic system designed to perform cleaning operations efficiently across multi-level environments.

The “Climbing Clean” robot is an innovative stair-climbing robotic system designed to perform cleaning operations efficiently across multi-level environments. The system is built around an ESP32 microcontroller with integrated Wi-Fi capability, enabling real-time remote control and monitoring through wireless communication. The robot is powered by a battery and uses L293D motor drivers to control multiple DC motors responsible for forward/backward movement and vertical climbing using a gear-based mechanism. The robot is equipped with a specialized climbing mechanism that allows it to navigate stairs smoothly, overcoming one of the major limitations of conventional cleaning robots. In addition, relay-controlled subsystems are incorporated to operate a water pump for wet cleaning and a motorized mop mechanism for effective floor scrubbing. The integration of these features ensures both dry and wet cleaning capabilities. The Wi-Fi control enables users to operate the robot remotely via a mobile or web interface, making it suitable for modern smart environments. This project provides a practical solution for automated cleaning in homes, offices, and public spaces with staircases, reducing human effort and enhancing efficiency. Future improvements can include automation, obstacle detection, and AI-based navigation for fully autonomous operation.

Objectives of the project:

 To design and develop a stair-climbing cleaning robot capable of moving efficiently across flat surfaces and staircases.

 To implement a Wi-Fi-based control system using the ESP32 microcontroller for real-time remote operation.

 To enable multi-directional movement (forward, backward, up, and down) using DC motors and a gear mechanism.

 To integrate motor driver circuits (L293D) for precise control of robot movement and climbing actions.

 To develop an effective cleaning system by incorporating a water pump and motorized mop for wet cleaning.

 To automate switching operations of cleaning components using relay modules.

 To ensure stable power management using a battery-operated system for uninterrupted performance.

 To create a compact, efficient, and user-friendly robotic system suitable for household and industrial cleaning applications.

 To reduce human effort and improve safety while cleaning staircases and multi-level environments.

 To provide a scalable platform that can be enhanced with sensors and AI for future autonomous navigation.
