This project presents a dual-stage sanitization system that integrates a dry hand washing machine using fog disinfection and UV light (Stage 1) with an IoT-enabled sanitization robot controlled via ESP32-CAM (Stage2). The Stage-1 setup employs an Arduino UNO to automate the fog and UV-based hand sanitization process using ultrasonic sensing and timer control. In Stage-2, an ESP32-CAM-based robotic platform provides live video streaming and web-based control for remote sanitization of surfaces using a UV lamp and sanitizer mist. The combined system ensures both personal and environmental hygiene through intelligent automation, remote monitoring, and voice alert functionality. It provides an efficient and safe solution for contactless disinfection, especially in hospitals, offices, and public environments.

Objectives:
  • To automate hand sanitization using fog (mist) and UV light controlled by Arduino UNO.
  • To develop an IoT-based robotic sanitization system controlled via web browser using ESP32-CAM.
  • To provide live video monitoring and remote control for UV and sanitizer functions.
  • To integrate safety features such as ultrasonic detection and buzzer alerts.
  • To ensure voice feedback and system status through the APR33A3 voice module and LCD display.
  • To minimize human contact and enhance hygiene in public and medical environments.
