This project presents the design and development of a Smart LCD Information Board with Speech and Image Integration using a Raspberry Pi Zero 2W. In Stage-1, the system enables users to send text or voice commands through a Bluetooth-based mobile application. The received voice is converted into text, which is displayed on a 15-inch LCD monitor along with real-time time and weather information. In Stage-2, the system is extended with Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing it to fetch and display images directly from a web browser, in addition to showing contextual details such as date and weather parameters. An SD card is utilized for local data storage, while HDMI output ensures high-quality display. This dual-stage implementation transforms the LCD into a versatile smart notice board that supports dynamic content, including text, speech, and images. The proposed system can be widely applied in educational institutions, public notice displays, advertising boards, transportation hubs, and smart city infrastructures, providing an interactive, remotely updatable, and cost-effective information dissemination platform.
