This project proposes the design and development of a Hand Gestured and Voice Control Four Wheel Robot using Raspberry Pi Zero 2W and Python programming. The system integrates multiple sensors such as gas, smoke, and metal sensors, along with a Pi camera for live monitoring and surveillance. The robot can be controlled through both hand gestures and voice commands via a Bluetooth-enabled Android phone, providing flexible and user-friendly operation. A DC motor driver circuit is used to control the movement of the four-wheel robot, while indicators such as LEDs and a Buzzer enhance feedback and alert functionalities. Data storage and processing are handled by the SD card and Raspberry Pi, ensuring smooth operation and real-time response. The proposed system demonstrates the potential of IoT-based robotics in creating smart, multipurpose robots for applications in security, defense, and hazardous environment monitoring.

    Objectives:
  1. To design and develop a four-wheel robot using Raspberry Pi Zero 2W and Python programming.
  2. To control the robot using hand gesture commands through a Bluetooth-enabled Android device.
  3. To implement voice command-based robot control for user-friendly operation.
  4. To integrate a Pi Camera for real-time video monitoring and surveillance.
  5. To detect hazardous gases using a gas sensor and provide alerts.
  6. To detect smoke and fire-related conditions using a smoke sensor.
  7. To identify metallic objects using a metal detection sensor.
  8. To control the movement of DC motors using a motor driver circuit.
  9. To provide visual and audio indications through LEDs and a buzzer for alerts and system status.
  10. To process and store sensor data using Raspberry Pi and SD card memory.
  11. To develop a smart robotic platform for security, defense, surveillance, and hazardous environment monitoring applications.
