HVS-4755. Multi-Threat Surveillance Robot - Metal, Smoke, Gas and GPS with ESP32CAM

8,500.00

The system uses Robot Operating System (ROS) on Raspberry Pi 4 for sensor integration, real-time 3D mapping, and robot control.
Python and ROS packages process Kinect 360 depth data and transmit the generated 3D visualization to a laptop through Wi-Fi.

The Multi-Threat Surveillance Vehicle is an intelligent robotic system designed for real-time threat detection, monitoring, and security surveillance. The vehicle integrates multiple sensors such as gas, smoke, and metal detectors to identify potential threats and generate instant buzzer and web alerts for operator notification. An ESP32 camera module provides live video streaming, while GPS technology enables real-time location tracking through a web platform for continuous monitoring. The system is controlled using an ESP32 microcontroller that manages sensor data, communication, and vehicle movement on a four-wheel robotic platform. Powered by a 12V battery, the vehicle offers reliable mobility and efficient operation in various environments. This project provides a smart and cost-effective solution for applications in security surveillance, military operations, disaster management, and remote monitoring systems.

Objectives

  1. To develop a robotic surveillance vehicle for real-time threat detection and monitoring.
  2. To detect harmful gases, smoke, and metal objects using different sensors.
  3. To provide instant buzzer alerts and web notifications when a threat is detected.
  4. To enable live video streaming using the ESP32 camera module.
  5. To track the vehicle location in real time using GPS technology.
  6. To control the robot movement using an ESP32 microcontroller and motor driver system.
  7. To create a mobile and efficient security system for surveillance and disaster management applications.
  8. To provide a low-cost and smart solution for remote monitoring and safety applications.
