The project aims at designing an intelligent security system for attendance in colleges, firms etc..,. The proposed system makes use of RFID technology as well as IOT technology for the student attendance. The system uploads the attendance along with date and time into the web application. This work is to simplify attendance recording system by using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology. RFID based Attendance recorder with SMS alert System is a web-based application that will be developed to overcome the above stated problem. The system will be developed by using GSM (Global System for Mobile communication) technology and database support. Therefore, the system functionality is not only records the student attendance, but also sends alert SMS to their parents when the student is absent. The Intelligent proposed system makes a use of embedded system to achieve the task. The controlling device of the whole system is an ARDUINO. Every user will have a unique identification card (RFID tag). The user needs to show his RFID tag at the reader. This system consists of ESP32 camera module and it has inbuilt Wi-Fi which capture the image of the student and it will be sending this image to the mail along with tag number. And also upload this data to the thing speak web application along with date and time. The. Different operations being performed can be seen through LCD display.  The Microcontroller is loaded with an intelligent program written using embedded ‘C’ language.
