The main aim of the project is to design multipurpose agriculture equipment for performing major agricultural operations like plough, seed sowing, grass cutting and water spray. We can control the robot from android mobile phone through Bluetooth. Robot can move either forward or Backward, Left or right through the set of Commands given from the Microcontroller.
Here we can attach the plough tool to the robot body so when the robot moves it can be done automatically.
Here we are interfacing the water motor to the microcontroller through relay. When the user controls the water spray through Bluetooth, then the hc-05 module received that and process this data to microcontroller. Then microcontroller turn on/off the water motor accordingly. Here relay works as a switch to on and off the water motor.
In this Project Microcontroller acts as a Control Unit which controls the all devices interfaced to it. This project makes use of a microcontroller, which is programmed, with the help of embedded C instructions. This microcontroller is capable of communicating with transmitter and receiver modules. The controller is interfaced with two DC motors to control the direction of the Robot. There is also a third motor interfaced to the microcontroller. Whenever that third motor is rotating automatically the pipe attached to the motor also rotates. There is a hole on the pipe. Only when the hole comes downwards, the seeds drop outwards. We put a funnel in fixed position above the holder arrangement on the pipe. Now when the pipe is rotating, there is point of time at which the hole comes downwards, exactly at that point of time, funnel gets arranged through holder. The seeds in funnel fall down through the hole.
Grasscutter is attached to the shaft of the DC motor along with relay. When the user presses the button from android mobile this data received by Bluetooth module and process this data to the microcontroller then microcontroller will switch ON/OFF the grass cutter accordingly.
