The purpose of this project is to control the speed of BLDC Motor in closed loop using Microcontroller and control buttons. This system makes use of PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) technique to control the speed of BLDC motor from 0% to 100%.
Speed control is done using PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) method. By using control buttons user will give the speed input to the microcontroller. In this project we are using four buttons to control the speed of BLDC motor in closed loop. Each button has particular speed like 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%. BLDC motor is interfaced to the microcontroller along with transistor driver circuit.
Microcontroller continuously read the speed from control buttons and based on that it will generate the PWM signals to the transistor then transistor control the speed of BLDC motor. The speed of BLDC motor will display on LCD module which is interfaced to the microcontroller. The Microcontroller use Embedded C language which is dumping into the microcontroller.
