The Woman Safety System Using Raspberry Pi with Video Recording, Location Tracking and SMS Alerting is designed to provide an effective emergency safety solution for women. The system uses a Raspberry Pi as the main controller, interfaced with a Pi Camera, GPS, GSM module, SD card, LCD display, vibration sensor, and MAX30100 heartbeat and SpO₂ sensor. When an abnormal or emergency condition is detected, the system automatically activates the Pi Camera to record the incident, stores the video and sends the recorded video to a predefined email address for further monitoring and evidence. At the same time, the GPS module obtains the current location, and the GSM module sends an alert SMS along with the location to a predefined mobile number. The system also monitors the user's heartbeat and SpO₂ levels to identify abnormal conditions. This provides quick emergency communication, real-time location tracking, and video evidence, thereby improving women's safety and enabling faster assistance during critical situations.
