The Fabrication of a Paddy Two-Way (Rice) Transplanting Machine is designed to reduce the time, labor, and cost involved in traditional rice transplantation. In conventional paddy cultivation, transplanting seedlings is performed manually, which requires a large workforce and considerable effort. The proposed machine automates the transplantation process and is capable of planting rice seedlings in two rows simultaneously, thereby increasing field productivity and planting efficiency.   The machine consists of a lightweight frame, wheels, a seedling holding tray, a transmission mechanism, and a two-way transplanting mechanism. As the machine moves forward, the transplanting mechanism picks individual rice seedlings from the tray and places them into the soil at uniform depth and spacing. The system ensures proper alignment of seedlings, reduces damage during planting, and improves crop growth conditions. The fabricated machine is simple in construction, easy to operate, and suitable for small and medium-scale farmers. It provides a low-cost and efficient solution for paddy transplantation while reducing dependence on manual labor and increasing agricultural productivity.
