										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This project proposes a Smart City Battery-Operated IoT Air Quality Monitoring System designed to monitor and analyze environmental parameters in real time. At the core of the system is the Arduino UNO microcontroller, which interfaces with multiple sensors: the SGP-30 for detecting CO₂ and VOCs, DHT-11 for measuring temperature and humidity, MQ-135 for evaluating general air quality and harmful gases, and the PM2.5 sensor for tracking fine dust particles in the atmosphere.</p>
<p>Sensor readings are displayed locally using an LCD display, driven by an LCD driver module, providing instant feedback to nearby users. To facilitate remote monitoring, the system employs an ESP8266 Wi-Fi module to upload real-time data to the ThingSpeak cloud platform, where it can be accessed and analyzed from anywhere via the internet. The system operates on a battery power supply, making it portable and ideal for deployment in various urban locations. This cost-effective and scalable solution contributes to smart city development by enabling continuous environmental monitoring to support public health and sustainability goals.</p>
