										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This project presents the design and development of a wearable safety device tailored for women, aimed at enhancing personal security and real-time health monitoring. The system is built using a Raspberry Pi Zero 2W as the central controller and integrates multiple technologies including GSM, GPS, IoT, and biomedical sensors to respond effectively in emergency situations. The core functionality of the system is to provide immediate assistance when the wearer is in distress. On pressing the panic button, the device captures an image using the Pi camera and sends it via email using IoT, sends an SMS alert with GPS coordinates to a predefined mobile number via the GSM module, activates a relay-controlled taser for self-defense, and turns on a buzzer and LED to attract public attention. To enhance safety further, the system includes a MAX30102 sensor for continuous monitoring of heart rate and SpO₂ (oxygen saturation) and an NTC temperature sensor to measure body temperature. These health parameters are read and can be used to trigger alerts if abnormal values are detected, making the device useful not only for safety but also for emergency health tracking. All components, including sensors and actuators, are interfaced with the Raspberry Pi. The device uses Python programming on a Linux-based OS for sensor communication, data processing, and peripheral control.</p>
