This vehicle can move in all direction at a same position by using of steering, sprocket, DC motor, bearing and chain drive. Foremost function of this vehicle is easy to move from one direction to other direction. Modern development and economical progression of Indian society resulted in increase of people on railway platform, increase of vehicle on the road, due to space constraints, in hospital is major problem of the country. Present-day study aims for development of a system to reduce the turning radius of vehicle. In this system at first vehicle is stopped and wheels are then turned in the required direction with help of steering system and DC motor. This prototype has turning radius nearly equal to negligible of length of the vehicle itself.

 

 

 

Objectives:

  1. To design and fabricate a 360-degree wheel rotation vehicle using DC motors and a steering mechanism.
  2. To enable the vehicle to change direction easily with a minimum turning radius.
  3. To reduce the time required for turning the vehicle from one direction to another.
  4. To develop a steering mechanism using a DC motor, sprocket, chain drive, and bearings to rotate the wheels in the required direction.
  5. To enable the vehicle to move in different directions within a limited space.
  6. To improve vehicle maneuverability in congested areas such as hospitals, railway platforms, parking areas, and narrow roads.
  7. To reduce the space required for vehicle turning and improve operational efficiency.
  8. To develop a cost-effective prototype suitable for applications where conventional vehicles face turning and space constraints.
