This project aims to design and fabricate an Automatic Temperature Controller (ATC) with a coding system for efficient temperature regulation in various applications. The system utilizes a combination of hardware components including Arduino UNO microcontroller, DS18B20 temperature sensor, potentiometer for setting temperature limits, LCD display for real-time temperature monitoring, relay for controlling external devices, water pump for circulation, and copper tubes within a water frame for effective heat exchange.   The ATC operates by continuously monitoring the temperature using the DS18B20 sensor and comparing it with the predefined temperature limits set by the user through the potentiometer. Upon detecting deviations from the set temperature range, the Arduino UNO triggers the relay to activate the water pump, facilitating the circulation of water through copper tubes embedded within a water frame. This mechanism facilitates efficient heat exchange, either dissipating excess heat or providing additional warmth as needed. Furthermore, the incorporation of a coding system enhances the functionality of the ATC, allowing for programmable temperature profiles and customization options based on specific requirements. This feature enables users to define complex temperature regulation algorithms and automate processes accordingly.   The proposed system offers versatility and reliability in temperature management across various environments, making it suitable for applications in industries, laboratories, agriculture, and home automation. By providing precise temperature control with the convenience of programmable coding, this project contributes to enhancing efficiency, reducing energy consumption, and improving overall productivity.
