HVS-2673. Pneumatic Pick and Place Robotic Arm.

21,000.00

The system is a pneumatic powered metal made pick and place arm.

The system is a pneumatic powered metal made pick and place arm. It demonstrates how a pneumatic power can be utilized to achieve pick and place mechanism. The system makes use of 2 pneumatic actuators to achieve the purpose. The robotic arm is controlled by 2 pneumatic valves. The valves control the air flow to the pneumatic actuators in order to control the movement of the cylinder stroke. The valves give a manual control to control over the entire arm movement. The system uses a gripper which is attached to the Robotic ARM along with servo MOTOR. The other valves work in coordination to achieve the complete arm movement held together by a series of linkages and connector rods.

Features:
  • 360-Degree Rotation: The DC motor-driven base allows for full rotational movement, enabling the arm to cover a wide operational area.
  • Pneumatic Actuation: Utilizes two pneumatic cylinders for smooth and powerful movement, enhancing the arm's flexibility and responsiveness.
  • User-Friendly Control Interface: Equipped with switches that activate relays, simplifying the operation and control of the arm's functions.
  • Precision Gripper: A servo motor operates the gripper, providing precise control for handling various objects, accommodating different sizes and shapes.
