HVS-5007. Dual Control College Notice Board WiFi and GSM SMS Control.

9,500.00

The system is designed to replace traditional notice boards by enabling users to update messages remotely through SMS or a web interface.

This project presents a Digital Notice Board using an LED Scrolling Display integrated with both GSM modem and ESP8266 Wi-Fi module for efficient and real-time communication. The system is designed to replace traditional notice boards by enabling users to update messages remotely through SMS or a web interface. A microcontroller acts as the central unit, interfacing with the GSM modem, ESP8266 module, LED display, and buzzer. Users can send messages either via SMS to the GSM module or through a web page using Wi-Fi. The microcontroller processes the received message and displays it on the LED scrolling board instantly. Each new message automatically replaces the previous one, ensuring that only the latest information is shown. Additionally, a buzzer alert is activated whenever a new message is received, providing immediate notification. This system offers a fast, reliable, and user-friendly solution for information display in environments such as schools, colleges, banks, and public places. The integration of wireless technologies enhances flexibility, reduces manual effort, and ensures timely communication. The proposed system is cost-effective, scalable, and can be further enhanced with cloud integration and mobile applications for advanced functionality.

Features:

ï‚· Dual Communication System: Supports both GSM (SMS) and Wi-Fi (Web-based) message transmission.

ï‚· Wireless Message Display:Messages can be sent remotely without physical access to the notice board.

ï‚· Web-Based Control (ESP8266): Users can send messages through a web browser using mobile or computer.

ï‚· Real-Time Updates: Messages are displayed instantly on the LED scrolling board.

ï‚· Automatic Message Replacement: The latest message automatically overrides the previous one.

ï‚· LED Scrolling Display: Clear and continuous scrolling of text for better visibility.

ï‚· Buzzer Alert System: Provides an alert sound whenever a new message is received.

ï‚· Microcontroller-Based Control; Efficient coordination between GSM, Wi-Fi module, and display.

ï‚· User-Friendly Operation: Simple message sending via SMS or web interface.

ï‚· Low Power Consumption: Designed for energy-efficient operation.

ï‚· Wide Coverage (GSM): Works even in remote areas using mobile network.

ï‚· Compact and Cost-Effective Design: Easy to install and affordable for institutions.

ï‚· Multi-Application Usage: Suitable for schools, colleges, banks, hospitals, and public places.
